Sapevate che le specie aliene sono la seconda causa di perdita di biodiversità nel mondo dopo la distruzione degli habitat? Non pensate a omini verdi venuti da galassie remote, le specie aliene sono semplici esseri viventi animali o vegetali, spesso molto comuni, che si ritrovano in un ecosistema diverso dal proprio perché l'uomo ce li ha trasportati, volontariamente o involontariamente... Pensate al fango che rimane sotto a uno scarponcino da trekking che potrebbe nascondere dei semi o del polline!
Federparchi invita tutti quanti a diventare delle sentinelle virtuali della biodiversità, usando dei visori speciali collocati nei centri visita di alcuni grandi parchi nazionali italiani: giocando con la realtà aumentata si impara a riconoscere le specie aliene del parco, a scovarle nell'ambiente circostante e a valutarne i rischi e le minacce ambientali. Una tappa interessante prima di dedicarsi all'esplorazione del parco, che poi guarderete con occhi diversi... gli occhi di una sentinella della biodiversità!

Nel primo video proviamo a usare il visore nel Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso, il parco nazionale più antico d'Italia a cavallo fra Piemonte e Val d'Aosta: un viaggio a 360°, circondati da laghi, cascate e stambecchi... Lo troverete, in particolare, nel Centro Visitatori del parco "L'uomo e i coltivi" a Campiglia Soana (Torino).
Nel secondo video ci immergiamo (letteralmente) nel Parco Nazionale Arcipelago Toscano: mare, scogliere, isole a 360°! Il parco comprende tutte le principali isole della zona - Elba, Pianosa, Giglio, Capraia, Montecristo, Giannutri, Gorgona -, ma anche isolotti più piccoli: fra mare e terra copre un'area molto vasta del Tirreno! Anche qui ci sono specie aliene, a volte anche molto carine e apparentemente indifese, magari portate di proposito in passato per ripopolare delle zone disabitate, ma che possono poi diventare pericolose per l'equilibrio dell'ecosistema!
Nel terzo video siamo in Calabria, tutto intorno il bosco protetto del Parco Nazionale dell’Aspromonte. Prima di partire per un’escursione nel cuore del parco, Syusy inforca il visore a disposizione nel centro visita e si ritrova circondata a 360° da montagne, cascate, alberi e piante... La realtà aumentata è un gioco interessante con imparare a riconoscere le specie aliene presenti nel parco che nel tempo sono diventate invasive a scapito di quelle autoctone!
Nel quarto video andiamo in Basilicata, nel Parco nazionale dell'Appennino Lucano Val d'Agri Lagonegrese, e ne esplora virtualmente i fiumi, i laghi e le valli attraverso la realtà aumentata, prima di andare di persona lungo i sentieri del parco. Che visione con il visore!
